Peregrine Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase on items in new and unused condition, with all hang tags and packaging. Customers will receive a full refund less shipping charges (if applicable). Original order shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable on correctly shipped orders.
Please note that Peregrine does not provide return shipping labels for returns or exchanges, and Peregrine cannot reimburse return shipping charges.
How to Submit a Return - Authorization Required
STEP 1
Email [email protected] for a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Please provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. A response will be sent within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) with an RA Number and shipping instructions. An RA Number is required for all returns.
STEP 2
To package your return, write the RA number assigned to the return on the outside of the shipping package. Please do not write the RA number on the product packaging.
Please select the best shipment method for your preference and keep the tracking number assigned to the shipment; this information will be referenced if the shipment or refund is delayed. Peregrine is not responsible for any refund until the package has been received by our returns department.
STEP 3
Once the package is received, your return/refund will be processed within 4-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange your order for a different size, color, or product, please return the purchased item(s) for a refund using the process above. Refunds are processed promptly upon receipt of the return. Customers will need to place a new order for the different sizes, colors, or products desired. We recommend placing your new order quickly to ensure the desired product does not become unavailable.
Shipping Timelines
Orders placed before 1PM MST usually ship the same day the order was placed. Orders placed over the weekend or on recognized holidays will ship the next business day. Orders will typically arrive 2-5 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the location of the warehouse some orders may arrive in 5-8 business days. Delivery arrival times are estimates only. Shipping times vary based on several factors including the item's warehouse location, shipping address, and our carrier partners. Weather, carrier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances may also impact the delivery time.
Free Shipping Offers
As advertised on our website, you may qualify for free shipping if the order total exceeds a certain amount. Free shipping offer will be applied to the older total after any promotion or credits are applied, excluding taxes and other fees. if a free shipping offer is available, you will see it advertised on the website. Free Shipping offers may change or be terminated at any time without notice.
Free Local Pickup
Local pickup is an option for Utah and Pennsylvania locations. Local pick-up is based on product availability in the specific warehouse near you. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (MST of UT/ ET for PA) time will be ready to pick up after 4 PM the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (MST for UT/ET for PA) will be ready the next day after 12:00 PM (MST for UT/ET for PA). You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pickup.
